Self-Ideal builds personal skills. It all begins from the self-esteem point to build positive attitudes towards yourself and the others. Self-Ideal is important to create the attraction atmosphere where other people fall in the ground of its magnet influence.
I am marrying some words here to each other and I am marrying some concepts here to each other too, since they spring from the same motivational source of knowledge.
This act, upon writing in different manners about personal skills reveals how personal skills work inside me to inspire all those hidden words and phrases to spring in those lines of creation. This is an example of how it works with some other people too, since us all as human beings, reflect each other in harmony or in contradiction.
We say in our cultures for example, "I am your mirror, you are mine". This is a very intimate human relation between people. It builds reactions in and out of people to what they do or feel towards each other.
Take this example, if I met you on the street one day and I looked at you with an angry face what will your reaction be? You have the reversal to this example too.
However, this example is not the exact mirrors I mean. Through your personal skills, I could see myself. OK, I should write this late sentence correct. I could see myself through your personal skills and you could see me through mine. WOW.

Perfection of Personal Skills
There is nothing easy as building personal skills. People learn it through daily experiences to invent what they are good at. Of course we do lot of things everyday that are diversified from works’ duties to homes’ duties to groups’ duties. However, we can easily discover those duties we are good at doing.
When we choose one of those duties, imagine that a hobby could also be a duty if you are engaged on doing it continuously; we would come to see how perfect we are at doing it. When we look inside it, we will see:
.. What does it mean to us?
.. How we actually do it?
.. When we do it?
.. What it reflects upon us when we finish doing it?
.. What we are learning from it?
.. How the others look to us while doing it?
.. What effects it has on others?
The answers to all of those questions maintain a stream of knowledge to what we are doing. From this knowledge our personal skills get their perfection everyday.

Engagement Develops Personal Skills
Yes it is true. Engagement really develops personal skills.
But it is not any kind of engagement.
Let us look at it this way: if you like playing football you can make skills when you get engaged with this sport. Long time football players always become trainers if they want to continue in the same field. Few of them became Sport Ministers.
If you like to play theatre in your school, this hobby could possibly be skilled profession when you get engaged on it and even addicted. Engagement comes first, and then becomes addiction.
So, this is how some kinds of engagements develop personal skills.
When I get through to some kinds of collective activities I come up with so many useful things that develop my personal skills and tie them with that favoured kind of engagement as it appears through different activities like this one at the group below:

Habits of Personal Skills
There is no personal skill that is an end personal skill. Some people have so many kinds of personal skills. Those different personal skills inhabit them to entice a creation atmosphere to rise every time and then, while they are getting in touch with any impulse in life.
They have essences of arts inside them. They feel them, live them and give them their complete obedient when they drive them to create this or that piece of art.
Critics try to analyse both, the creation mode and the essence of art itself before getting to the line of art production itself. Why? Because the line of art production is material, and they can see it well. But, the creation atmosphere and the inside essence are invisible. So, they entice critics to invent them.
This journey between which is physical to which is spiritual, is creating a living vitalities all around the world in all kinds of arts, which in turn makes personal skills important for any accomplishment.

Profiting from Others' Personal Skills
These early collective activities along with my early readings to all sort of translated books, delivered "a good writing giant" as my friends used to call me. They help me until this moment to write short stories, poetry and critiques. I'd published my first short story collection on 1983 while I was a journalist in Kuwait. I'd been a successful columnist too.
I wrote poetry and critiques in some newspapers and magazines published in Sudan, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Cyprus, London, Kuwait and Eritrea, and I read my poetry in a TV channel, early in the seventieth. I Performed in theatrical shows deep in the rural areas and some towns in my country, and I read my poetry outside of my country.
I'd been a very successful journalist doing my job and working in two different conditions during the military dictatorial regimes and the civil dictatorial governments. Your Skills in Einsteins Theory!
Nothing happens until something moves! Albert Einstein was not wrong, but people used to forget. That's why people are called people! If you go to this word in Arabic you'll find the combination between calling people, people and the real meaning of this word: people.
So, developing some kinds of skills depends on this movement created by Einstein. Let's say that you know something about "photographing", or you like some kinds of foods. Any of those two things could possibly be a motive of a new habit to do something about it.
Let's say this habit could be established by trying to know more about any one of those two things better. This endeavor will open a door in front of you to write about this or that thing.
Oh, we're moving then. But what will happen at the rest of our comparison between these two verbs: "happen" and "move"?
Lot of things could happen. One of them is building a knowledge base, and the most excited part of those two verbs is to monetize your move from knowledge to giving what you know to others.
This is the way to monetize such kinds of skills you have acquired through your move from within Einstein's theory... it's just at your reach when you click the headline above.

I love this passion called blogging smart, because I know it’s optimizing plus the fact that indicates I have more lot of things to say in different fields of expertise. This is the way I am managing my skills to bring first of all myself and to bring you in front of your creative nature.
As human beings you’ve been created to create and develop your life. It’s obvious. But to this standard you could manage some more skills very easy and intimate. Just follow the rainbow of your creative mentality as creativity has no limit.
I have not wondered or thought about those words you’re reading right now before, but in fact they typed themselves almost alone using my keyboard without even having me to track my fingers. Hey, those are not my fingers any more, but the fingers of those thoughts I am writing about. Enjoy the harmony of my humour.

Devoted 10 Years of My Life to Eritrea!
I had devoted 10 years of my life to Eritrea after its liberation in 1991, sharing the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the new country.
I am very proud of that. I was more revolutionist than Castro. I built the country its first Environment National Organization and developed some political, educational and welfares networks.
This is not assumption but fact and this is only to say, my nature is open and I am always ready to help. I am happy doing so, as I believe that we only live once on this Earth, so why shouldn't we do well?
I'll be happy to help you develop your career and personal skills and lay your way to wonderful achievements.
